Add status badges to the README - #16

The README now opens with badges for the CI workflow on main, the crates.io version, docs.rs, the PolyForm license (linking to the Licensing section) and the minimum supported Rust version, 1.85, from Cargo.toml. The crates.io and docs.rs badges read "not found" until the first release is published; they need no change afterwards.
