The crates.io description now reads "Test Rust code without test-only traits or changes to production code." The old one listed platforms and architectures, which the README's supported-targets table and badges already show. The README's opening sentence said the same thing in longer words, with "test only" missing its hyphen. It now matches the description, so crates.io, docs.rs and GitHub show one message.
