Bump shimforge and shimforge-macros to 0.1.1, update the macro dependency requirement, and refresh the workspace versions in Cargo.lock to match the v0.1.1 release tag. Formatting, host Clippy, 69 library tests, and checks for all four installed non-host native targets passed. The initial local check hit the Windows page-file limit.
