disabling R3d sky

My garrys mod keeps telling me to unenable the 3d sky thing, I've been trying to do that and it wont let me. Also I randomly crash and the npc eyes have no pupil.

1. You have an addon or map that is force enabling r_3dsky 1
2. Use the Downgrade Game option to fix the crashes
3. Broken NPC/ragdoll eyes are a known issue and there is no solution at the moment.
