Right now server synchronisation means removing all commands and setting them up again, removing messages from channel etc.
It would be much better if:
- Commands would be checked and not removed + added each time
- Message would not be removed if it exists (probably requires some saving to DB), deleting messages could be optimised then + there would not be a notification about new message
