LiddlyDesktop is a proof-of-concept Tauri application. At present it is just TiddlyStow (using Chrome's Filaccess API) wrapped with Tauri with an included embedded blank.html TiddlyWiki5. Eventually I would like to add a proper Tauri back-end for direct file-access and make cross-platform portable 'apps' of the same.
