- add repo-local Claude Code skills for verification and wiki maintenance - add dev-only Claude agents for repo review, release audit, and wiki upkeep - wire PreToolUse, PostToolUse, SessionStart, and Stop hooks in .claude/settings.json - add deterministic hook scripts for guardrails, invariant checks, and proportional verification - add @claude GitHub Action workflow with scoped tools and repo settings - document managed Claude Code Review setup - add empty .worktreeinclude to avoid copying secrets or real datasets into worktrees - update wiki coverage/read-plan rules for Claude automation paths - change release bumping so every merge to main publishes at least a patch version - update PR template, README, and wiki docs to reflect always-release behavior - add tests for Claude automation hooks, workflow wiring, worktree safety, and bump logic Validation: - pytest tests/ -q -> 125 passed - python3 scripts/build_plugin_zip.py -> ok
