Smargon et. al, "Enhancing RNA base editing on mammalian transcripts with small nuclear RNAs"

A_to_I_nuclear_cytoplasmic_rolonies.cppipe and U_to_psi_nucleolar_non_rolonies.cppipe are CellProfiler pipelines used to analyze Rolling Circular Amplification Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization (RCA FISH) images.

A_to_I_nuclear_cytoplasmic_rolonies.cppipe enables the distinction between nuclear and cytoplasmic RCA rolonies, as we well as the calculation of edge-to-edge pixel distances between rolonies and nuclei (0 if inside).

U_to_psi_nucleolar_non_rolonies.cppipe enables the distinction between nucleolar and non-nucleolar RCA rolonies, as we well as the calculation of edge-to-edge pixel distances between rolonies and nucleoli/nuclei (0 if inside).
