New feature: if all cameras are set to "wide shot", app will somewhat randomly cut between two cameras, ensuring cuts are placed on pauses in dialogue (and changing cameras every cut).

Add macOS support and GitHub Actions build pipeline

- .github/workflows/build-mac.yml: builds arm64 (M1/M2/M3) analyzer
  binary on macOS-14 runner; attaches zip to GitHub release on tag push;
  also triggered manually via workflow_dispatch
- install/install.sh: macOS installer (copies to ~/Library/.../CEP/extensions)
- install/enable_debug_mode.sh: enables unsigned CEP extensions via defaults(1)
- main.js: platform-aware binary path (analyzer.exe on Win, analyzer on Mac);
  Windows drive-letter path stripping no longer applied on macOS

Signed and unsigned edition of the plugin

Installing .zxp version should not need to switch Premiere in developer mode. Just use the ZXP Installer. However, as a fallback, you can use .zip version (with the included README).
