Add a section to comparisons.md explaining the three approaches (real root, fakeroot, user namespaces) and how Alpine, Debian/mmdebstrap, Buildroot, Yocto, and NixOS apply them — with a brief note on where [yoe]'s current chown-based fix sits and where the planned bwrap host-image work lands. Also corrects a duplicate "## [0.8.0]" header in the changelog that pushed the rootfs ownership entry out of [Unreleased].
