Summary
This PR adds end-to-end Hermes runtime integration to ClawManager, including instance creation, runtime image settings, AI Gateway and agent environment injection, channel/skill bootstrap support, and
.hermesworkspace import/export. It also updates the default OpenClaw and Hermes runtime image addresses, aligns skill packagecontent_md5handling with OpenClaw, and fixes instance image pull policy toIfNotPresent.
