Enhanced the Important Packages section with additional key dependencies and clarified the file structure noting that CLAUDE.md symlinks to AGENTS.md. Removed extraneous answer structure content that was accidentally included at the end of the file, cleaning it up to focus purely on project guidance. Closes #152 ZerGo0 Bot
