Add Kampalo plugin

What this adds

Kampalo — plugin. Hosted FastMCP at https://be.kampalo.com/mcp. Grok Bot can brief synced Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO / GA4 and propose campaign pauses; live writes stay gated on confirm=true.

Verified before merging: kampalo.com and the Grok Bot docs both resolve, the plugin repo is real and recently maintained, and be.kampalo.com/mcp answers 401 without a key — which matches the Bearer-auth description in the listing. No duplicate entry existed, and every field passed the schema on the first pass.

One maintainer edit: pricing_note pointed at kampalo.com/pricing, which 404s — the pricing lives at kampalo.com/#pricing — so I reworded it to "MCP access is on the Starter and Enterprise plans, not the Free tier." and dropped the dead path. I also set status: live and verified_at, which are maintainer-set fields.

What sold me on this one is the write posture: pauses and live ROAS rules both require an explicit confirm=true / confirm_live=true, and the prompt already tells the bot to show the campaign, platform, reason and action_id before asking. That is exactly how a destructive-capable listing should be written. Thanks for the clean PR — docs links, honest limits ("does not connect OAuth, change budgets, create campaigns"), and no ad filler.
