TFStudio 1.7.0 adds import of measured psi/delta data. I want it to read files straight from real instruments, not just my own examples.
If you work with an ellipsometer, please attach an export file to this thread. What helps:
- The file exactly as the software writes it, headers included. Do not clean or reformat it. The parser has to handle the real thing.
- Instrument brand and model, and the software name and version (e.g. Woollam CompleteEASE 6.x, Horiba DeltaPsi2, Sentech, Semilab, Accurion).
- Multi-angle measurements are especially welcome.
- No sample information needed. Rename the file or strip sample IDs if you want.
- Zip the file first, GitHub rejects most instrument extensions.
If you don't want to post data publicly, email it to me at achapovskyai@gmail.com and I will only use it to test the parser.
Every format that comes in here gets supported in a following release, and I will credit you in the changelog if you want.
