CODE V Coatings window and no-design handling

• CODE V Coatings: new window. Writes a design's front or back coating as a CODE V multilayer command file, and reads CODE V coatings from a .seq or .mul (CODE V 11.2 and Macleod CODE V exports) into the design or the Coating Library.
• Zemax Coatings: same layout as the other Data Exchange windows, Save to Coating Library, and two materials of the same name are imported one at a time.
• New Zemax and CODE V ribbon icons.
• With no design open, windows that work on a design show "No design selected" instead of calculating a hidden placeholder, and imports and edits no longer land in that placeholder.
