Rebuild locking mechanics for compatibility with newer distributions. Existing mechanic had issues on e.g. Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Changes provided with this commit were tested and no issues were observed.

CLAMUSER and CLAM group need to be adressed by operating system.
E.g. on RHEL/Fedora it is clamupdate, but on FreeBSD it is clamav.
Further testing is required to get coverage based on operating system.
Maybe script should adapt itself to specifics of OS it is running on to?
