This repository is the canonical workspace for the manga production pipeline, including the story bible, character bible, environment bible, visual style guide, production bible, QA notes, page prompts, and generated assets.

Workflow

1. Maintain canon in the bible documents.
2. Generate page prompts from the production bible.
3. Create manga pages from the prompts.
4. Review against QA checklists.
5. Publish only approved pages and release packages.

Phase 1

Phase 1 establishes the repository structure and the studio foundation documents that support the full Chapter 1 production pipeline.
