Update docs after addition to conda-forge

Update README / docs with links once @MJohnson459 includes SCServo_Linux in conda-forge

I've started the process to get it into conda-forge here conda-forge/staged-recipes#33614
Are you happy for me to put you as a maintainer? If you are happy to be then could you comment on the ticket please. If not I'll remove your name, no problem.

Note that for the recipe I did need to add a patch which allows it to build a shared library. I didn't realise that conda forced that when I did the original cmake edits. We can upstream that patch and have a new release but I didn't want to block on it.
