Summary

  • Add menus permission to enable context menus on the toolbar button
  • Implement a hierarchical right-click menu with 30+ cities organized by continent
  • Selected timezone is persisted via localStorage and applied immediately
  • DST handling is automatic via the Intl API
  • Add "Local" option to reset to system timezone
  • Clean up setTimeout accumulation with clearTimeout on re-render
