Cannot boot if drive's name is not "AERYNOSLIVE", such as when it is named "Ventoy"

https://github.com/AerynOS/img-tests/blob/d7490935f951471e5cb75aea65781c6353bab55e/desktop/live-os.conf#L4 hardcodes the USB label as "AERYNOSLIVE". On my Ventoy device, when I try to boot into the AerynOS ISO, the boot process consequently waits 2 minutes for /dev/disk/by-label/AERYNOSLIVE to appear before throwing me into emergency mode.
