Question: how do I go back a step?

Installing serpent-os for the first time: made same mistakes during the setup process and want to go back one step. Is this currently possible? Left arrow button didn't achieve anything and pressing esc seems to stop the entire installer.

It is not.

The installer is alpha quality. It effectively exists to help early adopters shovel Serpent OS onto their testing systems without much regard to features expected in release-quality installers.

Maybe at some point in the future, this will be possible.

Just selected the wrong language and wanted to go back and rectify the selection.

I've just done a fresh install. As frustrating as it is, I did the same (mistakes), I just closed the terminal and started again. It's not ideal but at this stage for an alpha installer, its a quick workaround.
