Brief Description

The .NET runtime to support C#/F# apps. If possible, with subpackages so that we have:

• The pure runtime (to host console, desktop apps)
• The ASP.NET Core runtime (to host web applications)
• The SDK (to build .NET apps)

Why Should This Be Included?

I suppose in order to support .NET apps in the near future.
