browser crash when closing tab with opened pdf file

I observed this behavior in qupzilla and arora browsers. I open a pdf file in the browser, and okularplugin works great, but then when I want to close the tab, the browser crashes without giving any trace.

I can reproduce this bug with qupzilla. But fixing it is not that easy as it looks at first. Need much more time for detailed investigation.
