The AWS Scale Worker nodes role had all kinds of unnecessary logic.
CSRs are automatically approved by the MachineSet operator. All the CSR logic from CNV is not necessary on AWS.
Removed, cleaned up.
Also the role now fails if not all requested worker nodes could be provisioned.
