What
Prepare Gravity 0.12.3 by synchronizing the desktop and daemon versions and refreshing notice inventory input hashes. Dependency versions and notice texts are unchanged.
Why
Release the open-source distribution with the app and standalone daemon notices added in #1. This patch requires no configuration or data migration and preserves official telemetry, signing and the existing update channel.

How tested
RUSTUP_TOOLCHAIN=1.98.1 pnpm run verify.git diff --check.v0.12.3tag, followed by downloaded artifact and live update-channel verification.
