Top-level orientation for Claude Code / AI agents, complementing the detailed per-directory AGENTS.md files. Captures build/test commands, the non-negotiable permission-legitimacy rules, code conventions (MainActor/AX coords/SwiftLint), the bilingual docs workflow (edit data-en/data-ko/visible text; keep the command count in sync; Pages deploy lag), funding handles, and environment gotchas (zsh $status, curl 403 on Ko-fi/GitHub).
