-
Incremental Page Indexing — The extension now uses MutationObserver to detect changes to indexed pages in real-time. When page content changes (headings added, modified, or removed), the index is updated automatically without re-indexing the entire page. This significantly improves performance and keeps search results always up-to-date.
-
Group Color Inheritance — When moving tabs or groups to a new parent group, the color now automatically inherits from the new parent group. This creates a more consistent visual hierarchy and makes it easier to organize nested groups with unified color coding.
-
Tab Usage Tracking — The extension now tracks when each tab is activated and stores usage statistics. This enables future features like "recently used" sorting and smarter tab organization based on your browsing patterns.
-
Omnibox Integration — Type
ytin the Firefox address bar followed by your search query to quickly find indexed page headings without opening the sidebar. -
Theme Support — Choose between dark and light themes to customize the extension's appearance.
-
Enhanced Drag & Drop — Improved drag-and-drop functionality with better visual feedback, group nesting support, and color inheritance.
-
Enhanced Search Filtering — Added more granular control over search filters with real-time count updates showing how many results match each content type (headings, paragraphs, links, images).
-
Action Buttons Left Panel — Added new setting to toggle action buttons display on the left panel, giving users more control over the interface layout.
-
Better Tab Preview Positioning — Improved the tab preview positioning algorithm for better accuracy and visibility.
-
Performance Optimizations — Various internal optimizations to improve overall extension performance and reduce memory usage.
-
On-Page Highlighting — Search terms are now highlighted directly on pages when navigating to indexed results, with keyboard navigation between matches.

- Paragraphs — Text content from paragraph elements
- Links — All hyperlink text and destinations
- Images — Image alt text and descriptions
- Custom Text Selection — You can manually select and add any text from a page to the index
The indexing process works as follows:

- This data is stored in IndexedDB for persistent storage
- You can also manually highlight any text on a page and add it to the index for future searching
- Each indexed page maintains its URL, title, and all extracted content
The search system provides multiple ways to find content:
- Full-Text Search — Search through all indexed content including headings, paragraphs, and custom-added text
- Heading-Focused Search — Quickly find specific sections within pages by searching headings
- Real-Time Results — Search results update as you type

The search features include:
- Search input with keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+F to focus)
