Destructive cleanup could still run on non-Linux hosts when a purge had no path checks, and Dokploy metadata deletion trusted a backup path after releasing its validated directory descriptor. This blocks both public cleanup apply paths off Linux, rejects CLI purge before execution backup or mutation while preserving planning and eligibility checks, and retains and revalidates the backup directory identity before database deletion.
