What changed

• integrated Best Buy as site index 40 / port 40040 on the current 41-site registry;
• replaced synthetic visual treatment with a source-aligned Best Buy shell and task-path pages, using source-backed local assets;
• repaired broken state transitions and hardened the 12-task suite without changing task intent;
• added deterministic verifier coverage and corrected four evidence-proven false negatives for legitimate task-equivalent paths;
• pinned the reviewer-owned Best Buy asset candidate by immutable HF commit.

Evidence

• 11/11 Best Buy functional and source-catalog tests pass;
• 93/93 adversarial verifier samples match expectation;
• 12/12 canonical browser trajectories pass verifier replay without editing trajectory evidence;
• latest-main registry check passes for 41 sites;
• a complete mounted 41-site runtime passed startup, 41/41 root checks, Best Buy reset, reset-all, and follow-up health;
• source/mirror visual comparison covered home, search, product, cart, checkout, account/rewards, wishlist, order, and support paths.

Known visual residuals are limited to rotating campaign creatives, proprietary font/icon details, and the benchmark disclosure. A new Docker image build is not claimed: the host was below the review workflow's unknown-peak disk threshold, so runtime integration was validated with the existing dependency image and exact current worktree.
