Simplifies the repo's README heading by dropping the "a 45-minute Lunch & Learn" subtitle, leaving a cleaner top-level title.
The change is limited to line 1 of
README.md. Other "45-minute" references further down (the format note and the facilitator guide row) are intentionally left in place.
