Adds new routines to produce shuffled cubes and flat maps using an input velocity field.
There is also a new routine to create the velocity field from a set of pipeline-derived moment-1 maps.
The routines can be run from the usual "run_derived_pipeline_phangs-alma.py" script (with provided key files) or the "example_make_products.py" script (without additional key files).
