Summary

  • make custom architecture/privacy verification tasks compatible with Gradle configuration caching
  • retain dependency locking while disabling the global configuration cache until the custom tasks are cache-safe
  • excludes unrelated local docs/ROADMAP.md work

Verification

  • JDK 17: ./gradlew verifyArchitecture verifyAndroidPrivacy dependencyVerification --no-daemon (exit 0)
  • JDK 17: ./gradlew test lint :apps:documents:assembleDebug :apps:documents:assembleRelease --no-daemon (exit 0)

Reproducibility note

  • Fresh dependency refresh still fails in this Windows environment because Gradle's Google repository HEAD requests for AGP 8.13.2 are reported missing, while direct HTTP HEAD returns 200. The base PR CI (Ubuntu) will validate this fix independently.
