Review detailed Usage Guides before publishing

This draft PR prepares a more detailed safety-focused Usage Guide set for all 35 products and corrects Air Freshener pack size from 500 ml to 5 L. It adds product identity, pack size, concentrate/RTU status, PPE references, compatibility restrictions, water/foam notes, secondary-container controls, before/after-use checks, and explicit stop-work guidance.

Exact dilution ratios, dosing quantities, mixing sequences, and contact/dwell times are intentionally NOT invented or copied from generic sources. They remain controlled by the current product label, SDS where applicable, and approved site work instructions. This PR should not be merged until those product-specific controlled sources are verified for each product.

I also updated the publishing workflow so that, after approval, it will regenerate 35 detailed Usage Guide PDFs alongside the existing TDS and SOP sets.

Web verification update: official Alle's ClinX product pages do publish product-specific use guidance for many concentrates, including dilution/use sections, PPE, surface restrictions, rinse requirements, and storage/caution notes. I verified this pattern on Quaternary Disinfectant, Glass Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Anionic Surfactant, Phenolic Disinfectant, Laundry Detergent, Dish Concentrate, pH-Neutral Dishwash, Instrument Pre-Soak, Concrete Floor Degreaser, Passivation Metal Descaler, Chimney & Exhaust Degreaser, and Carpet & Upholstery Shampoo. The Document Center also confirms 36 public product entries / 51 free resources and says the product label is the primary dilution reference.

Important discrepancy to resolve before merge: the current public Air Freshener product page describes the product as ready-to-use and lists a 500 ml trigger-spray pack, while the branch source has been changed to 5 L based on internal direction. Please treat Air Freshener pack size as UNRESOLVED until the controlled label/current production pack is confirmed.

For the revised guides, keep source-backed non-operational details (product identity, concentrate/RTU status, application type, PPE, incompatibilities, rinse/storage notes, and label/SDS references) and do not publish any unverified or generic ratios. Exact operational parameters should come only from the current controlled label/SDS/site work instruction.
