Similar logic how clangd compilation-database generates or Visual Studio project files, i have tested this on 3 plugins (CS2Fixes, AcceleratorLocal and MultiAddonManager), everything worked fine and all plugins loaded fine. I think this should be added because a lot of people including me use CLion IDE where only CMake build system is supported and clangd compilation-database, but clangd is so buggy and just isn't reliable.
