• Evidence-backed failure events and OMP-native result states.
• Browser-local human review with full-evidence invalidation.
• Narrow-screen navigation, preserved evidence jumps and synthetic walkthrough.
• Release version/lockfile and claims counts synchronized; private evaluation artifacts excluded.

Verification

• 214 Node tests passed; 84 focused tests passed.
• UI build, lint (existing findings unchanged), actionlint and 16 automated claims passed locally.
• Browser checks: review persistence/isolation/staleness, storage failures, evidence navigation, five viewport sizes and touch simulation.
• Git history/index secret scan: only the pre-existing synthetic redaction fixture in test/export.test.js:27.

Release

Publish v1.18.0 through existing GitHub Release workflow after required CI passes. No personal logs or local output artifacts included.
