feat(demo): make evidence review discoverable and update roadmap

Summary

• Add a clearly synthetic OMP review sample and demo-only Try diagnostics entry.
• Preserve the default demo and all prior session/child samples.
• Assert 7 pending records in 2 events, a recovered test failure and an incomplete background job using real parser output.
• Reprioritize roadmap: public walkthrough, safe review portability, measured owner dogfooding, reproducible contributor releases. No adoption or time-saved promises.

Verification

• 216 Node tests pass; lint and normal/demo builds pass.
• 16 automated claims pass; regenerated fixtures are byte-for-byte stable.
• Browser: entry from another view and mobile navigation, all six evidence links, local review with zero API calls; 360px guide remains scrollable.
• Regular local build excludes hosted-tour UI.
• Secret scan of staged diff passes; private evaluation output remains ignored.

Scope

Hosted demo and documentation follow-up after v1.18.0. No npm version change, no mutation of published tarball. Short landscape remains cramped and is documented.
