Release scope
Patch release of the evidence-first README and documentation merged in #55. No new installed runtime feature or productivity claim. Research scripts remain repository-only and are excluded from npm.
Verification
After required checks and merge, publish v1.23.1 through the existing GitHub Release → npm/provenance workflow and verify an installation from the official registry.
