Verified locally beyond CI: with these bumps (aws-cdk-lib 2.263.0, constructs 10.7.2, aws-cdk 2.1134.0, globals 17.9.0, lint-staged 17.3.0) the full suite passes 51/51 and the e2e (npm run test:local-build: pack → install → cdk synth) succeeds. All patch/minor, no peer-range changes. Good to merge.
