Binds omp-18.0.9-cross-platform-beta-2 and its immutable macOS asset.
Fixes the beta cask to call the installer actually present in the hosted client archive, adds bounded uninstall and quarantine handling, and makes verification download the archive to bind entrypoint, release identity, and binary hash.
