RandoLevelManagerwas switched to file-scoped namespace. I fully agree with that, less indentation is better. However there are only a very few files in the repo with that style, and switching them overtime with other changes makes the diff hard to review.This switches all the files to file-scoped namespace and delete
Utils/RandomizerSaveMethod.csthat was empty.
