Package the tracked Linux AppImage as a standalone flake output. Read the app version directly from desktop/package.json and lock nixpkgs for reproducible evaluation. Install the desktop entry and icon from the extracted AppImage and expose codex-app and codex launchers.

Adds build support for the Nix folks. Runs with no issues on my NixOS x86_64 machine 👍
