- Add SectionExceptionHandler (@RestControllerAdvice for 404 responses)
- Add /sections/:sectionId route (section-detail) in Vue router
- Create SectionDetail.vue: overview, schedule, active weeks, teams stub
- Update Sections.vue view button to navigate to detail page
