I've used a redirect-based approach to resolve the latest version without hitting the GitHub API, which was causing workflows to fail due to rate limiting. |

Description
This PR removes the hardcoded default bundletool version. If no
versioninput is provided, the action automatically uses the latest release from GitHub.
