Superseded by #6.
This revert-only branch remains useful as the minimal emergency compatibility fallback, but it would also restore legacy ABC phase order for physically verified SMTONOFF CBA installations. #6 resolves both sides safely by keeping ABC as the shared default and adding explicit per-device CBA selection.
