Creates a static HTML page that looks like the live BrewPi interface with a temp graph and a daily SG change summary (specific gravity summary requires a Tilt Hydrometer and embedded tilt add-on code)

Stores static HTML plus all CSV and JSON data in a folder on Dropbox every 4 hours.
