Motivation
Automatically run microbenchmarks for various ArmoniK adapters whenever a new version of Core is released
Description
Added a Github workflow that dispatches to the ArmoniK.Microbench repo whenever a new version of ArmoniK.Core is released, as well as a parameters.tfvars to configure the various components that will be deployed for the microbenchmarks.
Testing
Tested these workflows in two mirror repos (see: AncientPatata/ArmoniK.Core and AncientPatata/ArmoniK.Microbench)

Not Applicable.
Additional Information
Needs a github access token with "Read" permissions for the contents of both ArmoniK.Core and ArmoniK.Microbench as well as workflows and actions.
