added support for light/lamp modules
replaced door.php with use_MyQ_api.php
added help:
usage: ./use_MyQ_api.php <open|close|on|off|status|help> [name='device name']
Defaults to status
probably need to add / explain that on/off are for lamps/lights and open/close are for garage doors.

Fixed status being called with id=$
I don't have 2 gateways on my account, so I can't do a lot with devices on different gateways. The data returned for a gateway lists the devices associated with it. In theory. if you had 2 gateways, then devices would be assigned to one or the other.

Added support for multiple devices and lamp/light modules.
This is my first branch / pull request on github.. not 100% sure what I am doing...
