using ng-annotate?

I am using ng-annotate so the annotation takes place automatically for me when i pass my scripts through gulp. It would be easier for me not to have verbose factory, service and providers. Is there a way i can do that with auto-complete? so that i can have

service('name', function(){

});

instead of

service('name', ['', function(){

}])
