0.23.4 answers usd-vrm-plugins' ost report 45. It extends the runtime check to `ost library build` and `ost plugin build`, and it adds pins for a published bundle and a published test tool. Nothing here uses the new pins. The re-render changes only the version, and release.yml mirrors the pin by hand. Rebuilt locally under 0.23.4: the graph is valid, 32 of 32 pass, and check_docs.py agrees. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
