Adds Linux physicsCore and physicsJolt package verification and archives to hosted CI. The Linux cell passed in run 35852274531; both published OCI artifacts were pulled and verified from a fresh store. Records exact digests and the passing downstream Stage Runner Windows/Linux consumer run 35853380748. The versioned release workflow remains separate.
